Return Policy
ImageTrust.com is dedicated to bringing you the best in customer service. If there is a problem with your scanner and you would like to return it, please make sure it meets one of the following qualifications:
- Dead On Arrival - Scanner is completely inoperable upon FIRST USE.
- Damaged During Shipping - Shipment arrives and the box is visibly damaged.
- Take immediate note of all damages to the box.
- Fill out this form with all the details about your order. Once we receive this form, we will issue you a RMA # to use when shipping the product back.
- Order Error - Shipment arrives and its contents do not match your order reciept.
- Fill out this form with all the details about your order. Once we receive this form, we will issue you a RMA # to use when shipping the product back.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and may take up to 6 weeks for the refund to be credited.
- Scanners must be returned in its original shipping container.
- Consumables cannot be returned unless they were shipped to you in error or damaged during shipping.
